Master's Degree - Sports and Exercise Nutrition Ulster University, Northern Ireland, UK An MSc has allowed me to progress myself in furthering my assessment with scientific research and understanding nutritional implications in sports science with accessing and handling large datasets between groups (SPSS statistics). On top of accessing relevant scientific literature, this degree progressed my understanding of the available nutrition software (Nutritics) that can be employed to support and analyse diets. Also, developing aspects less apparent within the world of sports nutrition such as assessment of more vulnerable athletes, children and people in with requirements and recommendations in mind.

I had the opportunity and made the decision to progress into a supervisor position in a different store within the company. This enabled me to develop several aspects of my leadership qualities. These include organising a structured plan, for myself and my team, towards what the store should look to achieve in the business day for individual associates’ tasks and targets.
