My work experience is varied and I have worked in different areas within the IT and Health Care sectors where the essential requirements for customer or patient interaction suited my ability to quickly gain trust and confidence.
I am trustworthy and reliable and with my years in customer services I have a good telephone manner. I enjoy interacting with people either face to face or over the phone.
My IT experience is on both the Windows or Apple Mac platforms and extends to Microsoft Office applications on either along with Open Office, multiple email clients and online blogging tools as well as having an in depth knowledge of the Internet and Cloud Computing with basic web page editing skills
Being proficient with Windows, Apple Mac computers and Cloud technology I am able to help with many tasks for friends and family with their computers. This helps to keep me up to date with the latest technology. As a quick learner, I am willing to try any new tasks given to me and can easily adapt to working on my own initiative or within a team.
I have my own transport and hold a full, clean driving license.
I am married with grown up children. Since moving to Spain in March 2016 I have concentrated in setting up our new home.
